Welcome to Gather Family Doulas

Hi, I’m Kelly! Located in Orange County, CA, I support growing families before, during, and after birth. Passionate about all things pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting, I will be a valuable part of your team wherever you are at in your journey. I serve as an advocate to help educate and empower you to birth and parent your way. I offer services both in person, and virtually. 

I am a certified, full-spectrum doula with Doula Trainings International, a graduate from San Francisco State University, and Institute For Integrative Nutrition. In addition to being a doula, I am also a registered prenatal yoga instructor, a certified barre instructor, and a certified integrative nutrition health coach. These are all skills I bring to the table as a doula- whether you are looking for some gentle and supportive exercises, or you want help meeting your nutritional needs, meal planning, and/or prepping.

Perhaps the most important thing you should know about me is that I am a mother of four. We had fraternal twin girls join our family earlier this year! I have had three incredibly different birth and postpartum experiences- from induction to unmedicated birth, and both with and without the support of a doula. I have learned so much from the births of my children,  but my most important take away is that each and every birthing person deserves support, no matter the birth plan. You should feel supported and comforted in all of your decisions along the way. Come as you are, I look forward to supporting you wherever you are at!
